Jason's passion for fitness began at a young age — at just 11 years old, he started lifting weights, inspired by the bodybuilders he saw in the magazines. What started as a childhood obsession with the sport quickly took root as a lifestyle, and he never looked back.
Over 30 years later, that same passion is still the driving force behind everything he does. What began as a pursuit of self-improvement evolved into a competitive career spanning more than two decades, taking him from local gyms to regional and national competition stages.
With over 22 years of competitive experience, Jason has stood on stages that most athletes only dream about. He knows the discipline it takes to prep for competition, the mental fortitude required to push through plateaus, and exactly what separates athletes who place from athletes who win. That knowledge — earned through years of real-world experience — is what he now brings to every client he coaches.
After 15+ years of coaching, Jason has built a reputation for no-fluff, results-driven programming that actually works. His clients don't just get a plan — they get a coach who has lived it.
Jason began coaching at 19 years old, working with local competitors looking to step on stage at regional-level shows while simultaneously working as a full-time personal trainer. From the very beginning, he was all-in — splitting his focus between helping clients compete and building his personal training business.
Over time, Jason began taking on higher-level clients and started producing state-level champions — helping his competitors not just place, but win. His programming approach evolved with every athlete he worked with, sharpening into the no-nonsense, results-first system he brings to every client today.
What sets Jason apart isn't just his credentials or his competitive history — it's his commitment to the everyday athlete. He takes genuine pride in helping average, hard-working people reach goals they once thought were out of reach and fulfill their potential, whatever that looks like for them.
Maia's story isn't one that started in a gym — it started in real life. As a mother of two, she experienced firsthand the physical and emotional toll that pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the demands of raising a family can have on a woman's body and sense of self. After having her children, she made the decision to reclaim her health — not just for herself, but to be a strong, healthy example for her kids. She wanted them to grow up seeing what it looks like to prioritize your wellbeing and show up for yourself, even when life is busy and hard.
The journey wasn't overnight, and it wasn't easy. But through consistency, smart nutrition, and a training approach tailored to her body and her life, Maia not only lost the baby weight — she built something better. Today, in her 40s, she is in the best shape of her life. And she's the first to tell you that it didn't happen by following some extreme plan. It happened by learning to work with her body, not against it.
